Understanding trauma primarily through the lens of past experiences intruding inappropriately on your present experiences and functioning, we will use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help you feel grounded in the present, in your goals, and in a robust sense of self.

Depending on what symptoms you experience and what we decide together, treatment may incorporate elements of cognitive-behavioral, somatic, and ego-state approaches to processing trauma.
